what to expect from the mindful breastfeeding workshop?
nama mama mindful breastfeeding sessions in dorking, surrey can help you to feel confident and ready to feed your baby when they’re in your arms.
we will talk through how breastfeeding really works, how to latch your baby & follow their feeding cues. understanding newborn behaviour and really how to feel confident & enjoy feeding your baby.
you’ll learn how relaxation & mindfulness can benefit your feeding journey, your fourth trimester & beyond into your parenting too.
includes relaxation mp3’s, comprehensive handouts & a beautiful journal
this workshop can be added to the complete antenatal course or hypnobirthing workshop, or can be taken as a stand-alone course.

what’s included?
sessions can take place on evenings or weekends, comprising ideally of 2 sessions, with overall 4 hours of comprehensive teaching, or this can be taught in one day if preferred.

you may be taking antenatal or hypnobirthing classes to help you learn about the birth process & the choices you have available. it’s likely you’ve been reading lots of books, birth stories & watching beautiful birth videos to help build a positive mindset.
