preparing for your caesarean birth can help you to feel empowered and in control with knowledge of the choices available to make your birth a calm & positive experience.
we will spend time to talk through your feelings, hopes & fears for your birth with a gentle fear release excercise to help you take ownership of the pathway of your baby’s birth.
you will receive a caesarean birth plan template & resources to help you prepare for a supported recovery after birth.
