nama mama mindful breastfeeding postnatal sessions can help you to find confidence & reassurance during any stage of your feeding journey.
we will talk through how breastfeeding really works, and how our emotions can often affect our breastmilk production & ultimately, the enjoyment of feeding our baby.
i am fully trained with The Mindful Breastfeeding School, and will be able to listen to & discuss any difficulties you may be experiencing, offering some simple techniques to adjust latch and comfort levels during feeding.
you’ll learn some simple breathwork & relaxation tools that you can use whilst feeding, pumping or at any time you need them.
the nama mama course is more than just breastfeeding advice, i can help you to explore your intentions for parenting, understanding normal infant behaviours & i can support you if feel you’re reaching the end of your feeding journey too.
includes relaxation mp3’s, comprehensive handouts & a beautiful journal & full list of resources & signposting contacts.

breastfeeding your baby is journey full of up’s & down’s, just when we think we’ve got things sussed, our baby, our breasts, or just life can make us take a turning off the path.

during our session we can take time to talk through any worries or concerns you may be feeling and i can show you simple techniques to bring you more comfort & enjoyment whilst you’re feeding your baby.
i have a strong network of contacts to be able to signpost you with confidence should you need any specialist ibclc support.

our session can take during weekday mornings or at any time over the weekend, comprising a 1.5 hour in person or zoom call with 1 follow up check-in.
