covid:19 policy

nama mama is committed to providing antenatal classes, following all latest government covid:19 guidance for in-person service providers.

due to the nature of the covid:19 pandemic & changing guidance and legislation, this policy is subject to change, you will be notified of any changes to the policy made after a booking by email.

nama mama (emma randall-milne) will follow all necessary following precautions to minimise the risk of virus transfer, by carrying out lateral flow tests prior to all in-person meetings, personal hand sanitising & sanitising any equipment before each meeting.

you, the client & your birth partner attending the course, also agree to commit to taking precautions to minimise risk, including adequate hand sanitisation prior to in person sessions.

please do not attend sessions if you are symptomatic of covid. please advise in advance if you are unwell so that your session can be rescheduled with plenty of notice.

should you display symptoms, please commit to taking a lateral flow/pcr test before your session. whilst awaiting any results from a pcr your session will need to be postponed until a negative result is confirmed.

please ensure adequate personal sanitising before we meet.

should either myself or you/your partner test positive and require to self-isolate, either side must inform the other as soon as possible, particularly where scheduled meetings are affected.

firstly in all cases the session will be postponed/rearranged in person at a mutually convenient date & time. where an in person session is not viable this may be moved online, with prior agreement. if there is a requirement by the government to remove in-person consultations with regards to the management of covid:19, any remaining sessions will be moved to online teaching.

by signing this agreement you understand & agree that sessions may be affected by factors relating to covid:19. there will always be an opportunity to re-schedule sessions & appointments, self-isolation or lockdown requirements will not validate a request to cancel/refund sessions.
